Workshop Conducted

• A one-day workshop on PCB Design and Fabrication using EAGLE PCB with hands-on training by Insystronics Technology, Villivakkam, Chennai, benefited second year students.
• A two-day workshop on Accelero Robotics with hands-on training by Technopillia, an IIT trainer, benefited second and third year students.

EETP (Employability Enhancement Training Program)

AICTE has shortlisted the college to nominate BE/B.Tech students for conduct of this program in collaboration with the Regional Telecom Training Centre BSNL, Maraimalai Nagar, Chennai. The program contains three certified level courses for the students.

Student Activities

• D. Moorthy, K. Magesh Ram and M.D. Thanveer Ahmed of third year participated in Kurukshetra, an international techno-management fest conducted by the College of Engineering, Guindy, Anna University, Chennai.
• S. Aaron Jehonia of ECE Department won second place in “Technical Quiz” in “Saannkethika”, a National Level Technical Symposium held at R.M.D.
• S. Aaron Jehonia of ECE Department presented the paper on “Reliable Minimum CMOS Design Using Differential Amplifier” at the National Conference on Recent Trends in Electronics Communication Systems.
• S. Aaron Jehonia of ECE Department won Third Place in “Circuito Connecto” held as a part of the National Level Technical Symposium JIT-Technomeet.
• Pushpa P. E of final year won second prize in Circuit Debugging at Valliammai College of Engineering.
• P. Sujatha, Priya Selvakumar and T.S. Ranjani won 1st prize in Tech-Connect at R.M.K. College of Engineering.
• Shivakumar of 3rd year presented a paper on Node Tracking in an international conference at Saveetha University.
